Construction of parking spaces (P&R) in the Zabierzów municipality - Construction of a “Park & Ride” car park in Pisarzy in the design-and-build system The subject of the contract is the construction of parking spaces (P&R) in the Zabierzów municipality - Construction of a “Park & Ride” car park in Pisarzy in the design-and-build system. The subject matter of the contract shall be performed in two Stages: 1) Stage I – comprising preparation of complete design documentation for the subject matter of the contract, consisting in particular of: a) a construction design developed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law and implementing regulations; b) all decisions, permits, arrangements/arrangements and opinions required by law, whereby the decisions must be final or subject to an immediate enforceability clause (rigor of immediate executability); c) detailed execution designs for all necessary trades/industries; d) bills of quantities; e) investor’s cost estimates; f) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works; 2) Stage II – comprising execution of construction works within the scope of the…
