Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in the Ujsoły Commune 1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of an investment project titled: Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in the Ujsoły Commune, implemented under the “design and build” system. 2. Under the contract, the Contractor shall be required to: 1) design and build photovoltaic installations together with an energy storage facility and an energy management system for the Ujsoły Commune Office building; 2) prepare the execution documentation; 3) supply and install complete photovoltaic installation units together with energy storage facilities and connect them to the existing energy systems. 3. The details of the scope of the subject matter of this contract are specified in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract, while the requirements concerning the performance of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ – Draft Contract. 4.
