TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: The assignment concerns bus transport with a bus size of at most 22 passengers and a bus size of more than 22 passengers and up to 55 passengers. For primary school students, round-trip bus transfers to and from the school to the swimming pool (Navet) are primarily what is requested. The bus transfers are scheduled; new schedules are sent out before the start of each term. Trips initiated by the schools’ activities, e.g. trips for education in other schools within Umeå Municipality, excursions, school trips and, in the event of evacuations when school rebuilding projects take place. For bus transfers, drop-off must be 10 minutes before swimming time; pick-up must be 20 minutes after swimming time unless another arrangement is made between the parties.. Schedule attached Part 1.1: The assignment consists of trips ordered by operations within the municipality and other parties participating in the procurement, such as at conferences, information days or similar, and it may be trips during the day or trips with overnight stays.
