TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The design activities refer to the detailed technical design for: - Ozone disinfection installation of decanted water (on the outlet pipeline from decanters before filters) at STA Batca Doamnei; - Cogeneration installation using biogas at the Piatra Neamt wastewater treatment plant; - Thermal treatment installation for energy and/or material recovery of sludge at the Piatra Neamt wastewater treatment plant; - Covered sludge drying beds at the Piatra Neamt wastewater treatment plant. The project will include, among others, all documents necessary (such as reports, drawings, calculations, technical data sheets, etc.) for the preparation of the Technical Design in accordance with national legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain construction permits. b) Preparation of the documentation required to obtain the permits and approvals necessary for execution; c) Construction works; d) Supply and installation of technological equipment and machinery; e) Testing and commissioning; f) Monitoring the plant’s operation and providing assistance/advice to the personnel responsible during the Warranty Period, when necessary; g) Rectification of any defects that may occur during…
