TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation aims to select an operator for the purpose of concluding a public service concession contract within the meaning of Article L. 1411-1 and the following articles of the CGCT, with the following purpose: - The design, execution and financing of Mandatory Works, the description of which appears in the Works Programme in Document E of the DCE; - The operation, maintenance and major maintenance-renewal of the equipment of the Energy Recovery Centre for the purpose of processing and recovering value from the waste collected within the perimeter of the CALL, or the subject of the cooperation agreements concluded by the CALL.
