TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DBS) for the continuous procurement of IT hardware. Through this DBS, standardized IT devices as well as accessories needed in the daily operations of Gewobag shall be procured in the future. The aim of the DBS is to cover the demand for market-available hardware in a needs-based, economical manner and by using a competitive procedure. The DBS is divided into several categories, for which separate individual awards (invitations to tender) will be conducted. The services are divided into four service categories. The applicant may apply for one, several, or all categories. a) Notebooks b) Smartphones c) Tablets d) Computer accessories A more detailed description of services can be found in the annex "Description of Services". The individual awards always take place within the respective service category. In some cases, however, the individual awards may also include services from several categories.
