TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot no. 1 with a maximum area of 14 m² is exclusively intended for organizing nautical activities using non-motorized watercraft, with the installation of a removable open terrace of a maximum of 8 m². The operator is also authorized to use 7 linear meters of the jetty located nearby for its nautical activities. The operator shall, at its own expense, ensure the maintenance, upkeep and hygiene/sanitation of the entirety of its lot, any structures present on its lot, the equipment, and the surrounding areas.
