TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with an annual maximum amount of EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. It takes effect from the date of notification and runs until 1 July 2027 for the initial period. At the renewal date of the contract, it may be renewed four (4) times tacitly for periods of one year, as follows: Renewal No. 1: 12 months from 2 July 2027, Renewal No. 2: 12 months from 2 July 2028, Renewal No. 3: 12 months from 2 July 2029, Renewal No. 4: 12 months from 2 July 2030.
