TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and from properties where summer cottages are located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes within the territory of the Dmosin Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality), as well as the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Mobile Selective Waste Collection Point organised and operated by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to collect all municipal waste that is placed in front of the premises/generated at the above-mentioned properties. The Contractor is responsible for the systematic collection of non-segregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste in accordance with the schedule, and for its transport and management at waste processing facilities in order to achieve recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and to limit the mass of biodegradable waste transferred for disposal in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the implementing…
