3. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract 1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of the entire volume of mixed municipal waste and selectively collected waste indicated in the description of the contract from all properties located within the Szczuczyn Municipality where residents live, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and the reduction in the amount of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation delivered to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the current Waste Management Plan for the Podlaskie Voivodeship, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order within the Szczuczyn Municipality.
