TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices in the clinics of the Provincial Hospital named after Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in the quantities and with the parameters required as specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with full warranty service and training of the Contracting Authority’s staff, under the terms specified in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. The conditions for performance of the contract have been specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
