Part No. 1 – Aids for sensoplastic classesThe subject matter of the contract for Part No. 1 includes the delivery of items described in detail in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. The relevant OPZ sets the minimum technical, quality and usability parameters that must be met without exception by the bid.The scope of this part in particular includes aids for sensoplastic, manipulative and sensory classes. The sample names, parameters, standards or solutions indicated in the OPZ should be understood as the required minimum functional, quality and usability level, with the possibility of equivalent solutions on the terms described in the SWZ.The place of delivery for this part and any division of the assortment among the units is determined by the relevant OPZ and by the Contracting Authority’s instructions provided when the contract is being performed.The name(s) and code(s) of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 39162100-6 – Teaching aids; 37520000-9 – Toys.The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper securing, transport, loading/unloading, carrying-in, installation/commissioning—if applicable—and for any damage, shortages or incompleteness found until the time the acceptance…
