TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of three power generator sets on trailers under the OLiOC Programme 1. The subject of this contract is the supply of brand-new (unused) power generator sets under the government Programme for the Protection of the Population and Civil Defence. 2. Under this contract, the purchase of three power generator sets is planned, with factory installation on trailers approved for road traffic. 3. The devices that are the subject of this contract must be free from legal and physical defects and brand new (including not used in any way and not used for presentation or exhibition purposes, and not coming from resale). The technical description of the subject of this contract is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract.
