TENDER DESCRIPTION

In both buildings, decentralized electronic instantaneous water heaters are intended for domestic hot water generation. In the “Neuen Bleiche”, 6 instantaneous water heaters and 12 sanitary fixtures are required for a disabled persons’ toilet, a ladies’ toilet and a men’s toilet. In the “Erlanger Haus”, 4 instantaneous water heaters and 7 sanitary fixtures are required for a disabled persons’ toilet, a ladies’ toilet and a men’s toilet. A later fit-out of the attic storey (DG) is already being prepared. The pipework installation is carried out using stainless steel pipe in accordance with DVGW Code of Practice W 541. The foul wastewater from the “Neuen Bleiche” is discharged via a site-provided pumping system above the backflow level into the public sewer network. In the “Erlanger Haus”, discharge takes place directly into the public sewer network. The installation in both buildings is not carried out continuously depending on construction progress and includes installation interruptions; the planned period from installation to commissioning is approximately 18 months.
