TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the provision of catering and refreshment services at the contracting authority’s administrative sites. The services are provided in particular in canteens, cooking and service kitchens, conference and event areas, as well as in tea and coffee kitchens, including the equipment used there and fully automatic coffee machines. The scope of services includes in particular intermediate and breakfast catering, daily lunch catering, and conference and event service. Included are the procurement, ordering and acceptance of goods, the preparation, provision and serving of food and beverages, cash handling, operation of the tea and coffee kitchens including fully automatic coffee machines, cleaning of the areas and equipment used, and recording and invoicing of the material and subcontracted services costs. Depending on local circumstances, lunch catering is provided via an existing cooking kitchen or via a service kitchen, with involvement of a local catering company.
