TENDER DESCRIPTION

Dismantling and proper disposal of a total of 132 existing windows, including frames, glazing units, metal sheets, fastenings and seals. Supply and installation of a total of 224 plastic window and window-door elements, mostly with triple-pane insulating glazing, Uw 0.85 W/(m²K), Rw 32 dB, outside RAL 7012 and inside white. Of these, 36 elements are allocated to the advance measure with temporary apartment access points, 40 windows to the attic-storey new-build and 148 windows to the occupied existing apartments, including 32 cellar windows. Other main services: 40 roller shutter systems, 165 window-integrated ventilation elements, extension pieces for the infill frames and continuous connection sealing along the perimeter. The work is carried out in sections, partly in occupied areas, predominantly using site-provided scaffolding.
