TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building 001, of panel construction, is used as an accommodation building on 4 storeys with a gross floor area of approx. 3,000 m². On each floor, starting from the ground floor, there are shower and washing areas as well as tea kitchens. The basement level mainly contains storage and technical rooms. The contract includes the planning of major refurbishment of the wastewater installation including the required measures and the renewal of the building’s heat generator system. Services (KG 410): The operator has informed the client of an existing need to renovate the entire wastewater pipe network. Whether it is also necessary to renew the potable water pipe network must be examined. The existing wastewater network must be dismantled. The new installation includes the installation from the connection of the main underground pipe (service line) to the point of extraction of the respective sanitary object.
