Renovation and extension of the school centre Schönkirchen - 3rd construction phase Grund and Gemeinschaftsschule Schönkirchen, Augustental 29, 24232 Schönkirchen. The new build, refurbishment and extension include three construction phases. 1. BA NaWi specialist classroom wing, 3 storeys 2. BA General refurbishment with new facilities for the special needs school, 3 storeys 3. BA New build of the primary school, 2 storeys In the 3rd construction phase, 2 existing buildings and a connecting corridor are demolished. On the newly freed area, the new primary school with auditorium is constructed using solid construction. To a small extent, conversion work is planned on adjacent parts of buildings.
