Conversion and extension of the school center Schönkirchen - 3rd construction phase Grund and Gemeinschaftsschule Schönkirchen, Augustental 29, 24232 Schönkirchen. The new build, renovation and extension include three construction phases. 1. 1st construction phase NaWi subject-class wing 3-storey 2. 2nd construction phase General refurbishment with new furnishings for the special needs school 3-storey 3. 3rd construction phase New build of the primary school 2-storey In the 3rd construction phase, 2 existing buildings and a connecting passageway are demolished. On the released site, the new primary school with an assembly hall is constructed using solid construction methods. To a small extent, conversion works are planned on adjacent parts of the building.
