TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject matter of the contract is group life insurance for employees. 2) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ. 3) Pursuant to the provisions of Article 438 of the Act in conjunction with Article 95(1) of the Act, the requirements regarding the obligation to employ employees have been specified in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ. 4) The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor, in its tender, indicate the parts of the contract the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and that the Contractor provide the names of subcontractors, if they are already known. 5) The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key tasks relating to services. 6) Name and code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: Code: 66511000-5 Life insurance services. 7) The Contracting Authority does not require the submission, together with the tender, of the relevant evidence subject matter. 8) Acting on the basis of Article 133(3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority establishes requirements for maintaining the confidential…
