TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement shall be carried out by means of a framework agreement with a term of 4 years from the start of the contract and upon awarding of the contract. Immediate acceptance: 1,200 units of headsets: 780 mono headsets and 420 duo headsets, as well as 300 units of USB connection cables with quick-release coupling. The delivery of the immediate acceptance must be made no later than 4 weeks after the award decision "Free domicile" (Frei Haus). Minimum acceptance quantity of Y-trainer cables: 20 units. Maximum acceptance quantity: 1,600 headsets: 980 mono headsets and 620 duo headsets, 500 units of USB connection cables with quick-release coupling and 200 units of Y-trainer cables with quick-release coupling. The headsets and USB connection cables and Y-trainer cables for the further call-offs shall each be delivered "Free domicile" (Frei Haus) no later than 2 weeks after the call-off to the place of performance specified above. During the term of the contract, the contractor is obliged, if required by the contracting authority, to supply further headsets including the necessary accessories at the unit prices and conditions stated in the tender covering letter.
