TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the expansion of all-day care at the Saalburgschule, the primary school needs its own cafeteria (mensа) and, due to the increasing number of students, the secondary school Realschule and Hauptschule (John-F.-Kennedy-Schule) requires additional classrooms and care rooms. The school campus in Bad Vilbel is used very intensively in terms of available space, therefore a shared extension building attached to the John-F.-Kennedy-Schule is intended to cover both needs. The new extension building will be constructed at the northwestern corner of the property. Between the construction site area and the existing sports hall to the east there is a strip with dense tree growth. Tree protection and root protection measures will be carried out by the contractor on site (bauseits). Due consideration must be given during execution. Access and departure for construction site traffic shall be from the north via Massenheimer Weg. From the fire brigade access to the Saalburgschule, traffic will be closed and a cul-de-sac (Sackgasse) will be established. Signage will be provided by the contractor on site.
