Description of the procurement (type and scope of the service or statement of needs and requirements) The website www.dvb.de serves as the central digital interface for communication with customers of Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG. It acts as the primary information hub for passengers and consolidates essential services such as route information with real-time data and disruption notifications. However, the existing technical infrastructure and architecture of the website are based on a technological standard from around ten years ago and constitute a historically grown system with strong interdependencies. In order to make the platform future-proof, a gradual replacement of the affected legacy systems as well as a fundamental architectural separation are intended.
