TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract constitutes a framework agreement setting out all contractual terms and executed as and when purchase orders are issued (Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code). The public contract is concluded at mixed prices. Pursuant to the Schedule of Lump-Sum and Unit Prices, it includes services handled at: lump-sum prices and unit prices This public contract is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of notification.
