TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is a framework agreement for project management for monitoring the surface installations (production units outside geothermal wells, distribution networks and heat delivery substations) of the UniGéo district heating network for the communes of Pantin, Les Lilas, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais and Romainville. The services forming the subject of this framework agreement are specified in the special technical clauses document (CCTP). They cover all the technical monitoring missions for the operation of the installations forming the UniGéo network (excluding regulatory monitoring of the geothermal wells, which are subject to specific monitoring) as well as the project management missions in the context of densification and extension operations of the network in order to supply new subscribers.
