TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design competition for project management (master builder) based on preliminary concept. The details of the missions assigned to the contract holder are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for by lump-sum prices. The project covers the Ouche Dinier primary and nursery schools, with the renovation of the primary school including the treatment of playgrounds in natural, equitable and inclusive (CNEI) conditions and its energy renovation; as well as the new construction of its school canteen/restaurant; and finally the restructuring of the kitchen for the nursery restaurant. The project’s priority objectives are: - Energy renovation works, summer and winter comfort, for the two elementary school buildings: one on R+2 of 936 m² of SU and the other on the ground floor (RDC) of 393 m² SU. - Construction of an elementary school canteen/restaurant with a capacity of 170 seated places of approximately 382 m² SU. - Treatment of approximately 3140 m² of elementary school playgrounds in CNEI. - Rearrangement works totalling 65 m² SU for the kitchen of the nursery school restaurant.
