TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation contract for the 4 waste transfer quays of SIDEVAM976, including management and maintenance of the transfer facilities and transport of the waste to its outlets. This contract is not divided into lots. The present contract is broken down into: - An ordinary part relating to regular services, at mixed prices, partly at a lump-sum and fixed price shown in the DPGF and, for another part, by applying unit prices to the quantities actually carried out shown in the BPU. These unit-priced services do not require the issuance of purchase orders - A part relating to occasional services handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and for a maximum amount of EUR 1.2 million exclusive of tax (EUR HT) over the term of the contract, for the quantities ordered and actually carried out under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
