TENDER DESCRIPTION
Operation contract for the 4 waste transfer quays of SIDEVAM976, including the management and maintenance of the transfer facilities and the transport of waste to its outlets. This contract is not divided into lots. The present contract is broken down into: - An ordinary part, relating to regular services, at mixed prices, partly at a lump sum and fixed price amount provided for in the DPGF and, for another part, by applying unit prices to the quantities actually carried out provided for in the BPU. These unit-priced services do not require the issuance of purchase orders - A part relating to occasional services handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 1.2 Million EUR exclusive of tax over the term of the contract, for the quantities ordered and actually carried out under the conditions provided for in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
