TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operation contract for the 4 waste transfer quays of SIDEVAM976, including management and maintenance of the transfer facilities and transport of waste to their disposal sites. This contract is not divided into lots. This contract is broken down into: - A regular part, relating to recurring services, at mixed prices, partly at the global and lump-sum price referred to in the DPGF and, for another part, by applying unit prices to the quantities actually carried out referred to in the BPU. These unit-priced services do not require the issuance of purchase orders - A part relating to occasional services handled in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 1.2 Million EUR excluding tax (EUR HT) over the duration of the contract, for the quantities ordered and actually carried out under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
