TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the procurement: Framework contract for services for the repair and maintenance, within the warranty period and after the warranty period, of Mercedes and Setra buses operated by MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. (Contracting Authority). Indicative quantity: 390 units. The Contracting Authority cannot provide precise information regarding quantity, taking into account that the number of malfunctions cannot be forecast in advance. The indicative quantity was determined for the purpose of establishing the estimated value. The Contracting Authority is entitled to place occasional orders for 24 months from the date the framework contract enters into force, or—if it occurs earlier—until the total framework amount for the tender part concerned (net HUF 100,000,000) is exhausted. The Contracting Authority undertakes to draw down 70% of the total framework amount provided.
