TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the energy-efficient roof refurbishment of building I04 of the Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH). The scope of services includes in particular the following works: - **Site set-up and securing:** Set-up, retention and dismantling of the construction site, scaffolding works and the required protective and securing measures. - **Demolition and dismantling:** Dismantling of the existing roof waterproofing, defective insulation materials, roof structures, skylights and smoke vent and smoke extraction (RWA) systems, including proper disposal. - **Roof waterproofing works:** Replacement of the thermal insulation and installation of new roof waterproofing, including connections, penetrations and parapets (attics/atticas). - **Technical roof structures:** Installation of new skylights and RWA systems, renewal and/or repair of roof drainage, installation of a new lightning protection system, as well as adaptation and re-installation of existing technical roof structures. - **Safety systems and documentation:** Preparation of the intended fall arrest anchor structures and performance of the required tests and documentation works.
