TENDER DESCRIPTION

The investment project is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy, and Security and communication equipment, which form one functional whole. The subject matter of this contract is the construction of the work “Modernisation of the rail section Hradec Králové (excluding) – Týniště nad Orlicí (excluding) – Infrastructure” (hereinafter referred to as “Infrastructure”). The basic scope of the Works for the Infrastructure part is defined by a list of objects that are stated in Annex 7.1.1 of the Special Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Tender Documentation). The further specification of the subject matter of performance of the Public Contract is governed by other parts of the tender documentation.
