The contracting entity requests a tender for the following procurement entity for the needs of the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county; Multifunction devices and secure printing The subject of the procurement is multifunction devices as a service. The client’s SafeQ secure printing environment remains unchanged and the multifunction devices offered must be fully compatible with that secure printing solution. The client’s investment made in the secure printing environment is significant and cannot be changed. The supplier is required to manage the offered printing environment comprehensively, including, among other things, the following matters: - devices as a service, including their delivery and bringing them into operating condition. Maintenance and supplies, fault repair - customer service for end users, usage guidance - changes, device relocations and removals, reporting - operation of the SafeQ secure printing environment and sales of licences - options related to the devices The tenderer must offer the overall package.
