The contracting authority requests a tender for the following procurement entity for the needs of the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county; Multifunction devices and secure printing The subject of the procurement is multifunction devices as a service. The client’s SafeQ secure printing environment will remain unchanged, and the multifunction devices offered must be fully compatible with that secure printing. The investment made in the client’s secure printing environment is significant and cannot be replaced. The supplier is required to manage the printer environment being offered in a comprehensive manner, including, among other things, the following: - devices as a service, their delivery and bringing them into working condition. Maintenance and supplies, fault repair - customer service for end users, user guidance - changes, device moves and removals, reporting - operation of the SafeQ secure printing environment and sale of licences - options related to the devices The tenderer must offer the entire package.
