TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the provision of reception and return centres for persons whom the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket) assesses are entitled to accommodation. The centre shall be designed in such a way that it enables flexibility in use, as individual needs may change at short notice. The centre shall therefore be usable regardless of the individual’s current process status and be adaptable in accordance with the needs of the operations. The length of stay varies between individuals and cannot be determined in advance. The contract includes an all-encompassing service intended to meet all basic needs associated with the accommodation. This includes access to furnished accommodation rooms, an information function, meal catering including foodstuffs, hygiene facilities, hygiene products, laundry facilities, as well as areas for play, study and activities, both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, space for social interaction, the required staffing, and work areas for personnel of the Swedish Migration Agency shall be included. Internet access shall be ensured.
