TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the preparation of design documentation with engineering supervision and the performance of works for comprehensive, structural and non-structural renovation of 13 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb - Blok Svačić, as regulated by the Law on Renewal, the Programme of Measures, the Construction Act and the related regulations governing renewal, as well as the regulations governing the performance of activities and operations of spatial planning and construction and any subsequent amendments and supplements to those regulations.
