TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the preparation of design documentation with design supervision and the execution of works for comprehensive, structural and non-structural restoration of 13 buildings damaged by the earthquake in Zagreb – Svačić Block, as regulated by the Act on Renewal, the Programme of Measures, the Construction Act and the related regulations governing renewal, as well as the regulations governing the performance of spatial planning and construction activities and for each subsequent amendment and supplement to those regulations. The scope of the contractor’s activities includes: 1. design and design supervision: • comprehensive restoration of the building • structural restoration of the building • restoration/repair of the building’s non-structural elements 2. execution of works: • comprehensive restoration of the building • structural restoration of the building • restoration/repair of the building’s non-structural elements on the basis of the “turnkey” principle to full functionality pursuant to the Act on Renewal, in accordance with Article 630 of the Law on Obligations (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23).
