TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the procurement, delivery, installation, connection, configuration, functional testing, and commissioning of a professional audio system for the needs of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre. The procurement includes the sound reinforcement system for the hall, the sound control system, microphone systems, a monitoring system, audio network infrastructure, a background sound reinforcement system, the associated mounts, cabinets, cables, connecting material, and other equipment required to establish a fully functional audio unit. The subject of procurement includes all equipment, materials, works, and services required for proper performance of the contract, including transport, unloading, installation of equipment, installation, system connection, configuration, software settings, functionality testing, system commissioning, delivery of technical documentation and warranties, and training of at least 2 users of the Contracting Authority for operating and managing the delivered audio system, for a minimum duration of 4 hours, at the location of the Nedelišće Cultural Centre.
