TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the procurement, delivery, installation, connection, configuration, functional testing, and commissioning of a professional audio system for the needs of the Nedelišće Cultural Center. The procurement includes the hall sound reinforcement system, the audio control system, microphone systems, a monitoring system, an audio network infrastructure, a background sound reinforcement system, the associated mounting brackets, cabinets, cables, connecting material, and other equipment required to establish a fully functional audio unit. The subject of procurement includes all equipment, materials, works, and services necessary for the proper performance of the contract, including transport, unloading, bringing equipment in, installation, connection, system configuration, software settings, functionality testing, commissioning of the system, delivery of technical documentation and warranties, and training of at least 2 users of the Contracting Authority for operating and managing the delivered audio system, for a period of at least 4 hours, at the location of the Nedelišće Cultural Center.
