TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of swimming lessons for students of Primary Schools from the area of the City of Kostrzyn nad Odrą, consisting of classes as part of the implementation of Project No. FELB.06.15-IZ.00-0021/25-00 titled: „i-FEWL” – Innovative Educational Formats of Shared Lessons”, co-financed from the European Social Fund+ (EFS+) under Priority 6. European Funds for supporting citizens, Measure 6.15 Education – IIT of the European Funds for Lubuskie 2021-2027 programme. 2. The implementation of the swimming lessons service is understood as organising and conducting classes for 1795 persons—students of Primary Schools from the area of the City of Kostrzyn nad Odrą—together with entry tickets and the remuneration of instructors, including: a) ensuring access to an indoor swimming pool together with dedicated swimming lanes and hygienic and sanitary facilities in Kostrzyn nad Odrą provided by the Contracting Authority, enabling parents or legal guardians to transport the children to the classes safely and efficiently. b) organising swimming lessons conducted by instructors with appropriate qualifications. 3.
