TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the proper, complete and defect-free delivery and commissioning into full clinical operation of 1 piece of a multidetector CT scanner and 1 piece of a stationary radiographic X-ray (Skiagraphic RTG) machine, including the provision of 24-month warranty full service, within the scope and in accordance with the PROJECT, SPECIFICATION, CONTRACT 1 and these tender conditions. The subject matter of this public contract is also the proper, complete and defect-free performance of 72-month post-warranty full service for the supplied 1 piece of a multidetector CT scanner and 1 piece of a stationary radiographic X-ray (Skiagraphic RTG) machine, within the scope and in accordance with CONTRACT 2 and these tender conditions.
