TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work comprises the supply and installation of glass roof structures suitable for passive house standards with highly thermally insulated triple glazing, including operable smoke exhaust and ventilation (RWA) and ventilation panes, drive technology, controls, emergency power supply, as well as all required connection and sealing works. In addition, externally mounted, motor-driven sun protection systems are provided for shading the glass roofs, including control, sensor and electrical engineering technology. The scope of services also includes workshop and installation planning, structural calculations and verification, commissioning, official inspections/approvals by the authorities, as well as maintenance of the RWA and sun protection systems.
