TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Regionaltangente West (RTW) is a new tangential rail connection in the Rhine-Main area to improve local public rail passenger transport in the Frankfurt am Main conurbation. It primarily serves to provide better connections between the western districts of the City of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, cities and municipalities, both with one another and among themselves, and to provide better connections to Frankfurt Airport. The project is divided into planning approval sections PFA North, PFA Central, as well as PFA South I and South II. The procurement procedure covered by this invitation for tenders is located in planning approval section South 1. The planning approval decision for South 1 is included with the tender documents and must be taken into account during construction. The subject of this invitation to tender is the following services: Construction of a single- and double-track track superstructure in accordance with EBO in the area from Mörfelder Landstraße to Bf Neu-Isenburg (km 0.1+00 to km 3.8+37) in planning approval section South 1, as well as the required infrastructure connections to the existing infrastructure of the routes 3650, 35651…
