TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the roof waterproofing, insulation and drainage works for the new construction of the Wendlingen am Neckar waterworks (Neckarstraße 63, 73240 Wendlingen am Neckar). The construction project is divided into the following structural components/sections: - Component 1: Storage hall - Component 2: Waterworks - Component 3: Administration - Component 4: Canopy The services to be performed essentially include: 1. Substrate preparation & preliminary work: -Comprehensive cleaning of concrete and wood-based substrate materials (OSB/3) -Checking the substrates for flatness (in accordance with DIN 18202), slope and suitability for receiving the layers -Creating fillets/coving angles using plasticizer-modified mortar -Applying a bituminous priming coat/bonding primer associated with the system to OSB and concrete surfaces 2.
