TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the staff of the monitored property. The property shall be protected in accordance with the relevant security-technical and the required security-relevant aspects, while complying with the applicable laws, guidelines and requirements. The contractor shall provide the following services: Core services: Administrative and organizational lead person (site manager/“Objektleitung”): in single coverage, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, 24.12. and 31.12. of each year), available by telephone from 05:30 a.m. to 02:30 p.m. Note: Due to ongoing construction measures, the local conditions, structures and processes on the property change at regular intervals. In order to ensure a smooth process at all times and reliable coordination, it is essential that the site manager is staffed as a fixed (person-specific) on-site contact person (plus a fixed designated deputy/cover person). A change of the persons assigned is permitted only after prior coordination and the corresponding service instruction as well as property familiarization/training (“Objekteinweisung”) by the contracting authority…
