TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the staff of the property being guarded. The property is to be protected in accordance with the relevant technical security requirements and the required security-related considerations while complying with the applicable laws, guidelines and requirements. The contractor shall provide the following services: Basic services: Administrative and organisational lead person (site manager): in single staffing, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, 24.12. and 31.12. of each year), available by telephone during the hours of 05:30 to 14:30. Note: Due to the ongoing construction measures, the local conditions, structures and procedures on the property change at regular intervals. In order to ensure smooth operation at all times and reliable coordination, it is essential that the site manager be staffed with a fixed (person-specific) local point of contact (together with a fixed and named deputy).
