TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the employees of the secured property. The property is to be protected in accordance with the applicable laws, directives and requirements, with due regard to the technical aspects of security and the security-relevant criteria required. The contractor shall provide the following services: Core services: Administrative and organizational lead person (site manager): with single coverage, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays, 24.12 and 31.12 of each year), reachable by telephone from 05:30 a.m. to 02:30 p.m. Note: Due to ongoing construction measures, the local conditions, structures and processes on the property change at regular intervals. In order to ensure smooth operations at all times and reliable coordination, it is essential that the site manager is staffed as a permanent (person-specific) local point of contact (in addition to a permanent designated deputy).
