TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Department Real Estate Management of the Facilities Company (FB) intends to enter into an agreement with one party (or a combination of parties) for carrying out the mechanical engineering and electrical engineering management and maintenance of the building-related E&M assets within GVB’s real estate. The maintenance includes periodic, corrective and project-based maintenance. The assignment includes long-term management and maintenance of the building-related electrical engineering and mechanical engineering (E&M) assets within GVB’s real estate. The work includes periodic, corrective and project-based maintenance. The Framework Agreement has a total maximum duration of eight (8) years, including extension options. The estimated value for the entire duration is € 72.391.548,- exclusive of VAT and indexation. The actual scope of the work is also dependent on the development of the area, the maintenance requirements and the availability of investment budgets. GVB does not guarantee any minimum take-up.
