TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies, without any selection decision, rebate contracts with the above-mentioned active substance. Contract awards are made within the framework of an "Open House model". The contracts offered are not exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. Under the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform—no individual negotiations are conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date on which the respective contract is concluded. Admission or contract conclusion may take place within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of each month.
