TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers rebate contracts with the above-mentioned active substance to all interested pharmaceutical companies without selection decision. Contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "Open House" model. The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or contract conclusion can take place within the 24-month period always on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the month according to the provisions of the contract.
